We serve as one of the local faces of the United Stated Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and prime HUD Contractor Pacific Engineering Management Company, Ltd. (PEMCO) in Southern California.

We are one of 52 PEMCO Local Listing Brokers who list homes for HUD in California. We provide marketing and management services to ensure maximum exposure and buyer activity for residential properties owned by HUD.

Our role includes full service listing and marketing of HUD Homes in Southern California, within the territories of San Bernardino County, Riverside County, East Los Angeles County and Orange County.

We also serve as a community advocate for HUD Homes, providing educational seminars to the real estate community as well as the general public on the process of purchasing HUD Homes.

We are proud of our role as an LLB, as we get to play a key part in helping to stabilize our communities and keep neighborhoods vibrant by successfully transferring vacant HUD homes into the hands of new owners in the community.
